今年18歲的香港資優教育學苑校友邱若嵐Ariel，2020年時參加了由學苑主辦的「香港資優師徒計劃」，獲配對成為香港科技大學生物工程學系Angela吳若昊博士的徒弟進行為期兩年的學習與交流，期間她不單成為了吳博士實驗室的影子實習生，有機會見識真正的科研工作，更讓她實現了從小到大當生物學教授的夢想，展開了一段大開眼界的學習旅程。

究竟一天有多少個小時呢？相信大部分人的答案都會是24小時。但事實真的如此嗎？ 為了探討這個題目，資優學苑學員姚若韻參加學苑舉辦的天文學課程，進行研究，若韻前往西貢大坳門，在同一個地點連續拍攝數百張照片，透過計算星星在1小時內移動的距離，將該數值除以360 ，從而得出恆星在夜空中完成一次360度旋轉所需的時間，也就是一天的長度。若想知道答案，就不要錯過她的文章了。
