NO UNAUTHORISED PHOTO OR VIDEO RECORDING IN HKAGE PREMISES
- GENERAL RULE
No unauthorised photography, video recording or live streaming is allowed in HKAGE premises. - WHEN RECORDING MAY BE ALLOWED
Recording may be allowed only when HKAGE staff/event organisers have clearly announced it (e.g., during specified programmes/events, authorised media visits, or necessary operational purposes). Please follow HKAGE instructions at all times. - RESPECT PRIVACY — DO NOT POST ONLINE
Please do not publicly post/share identifiable photos/videos of other people (especially students) on social media or public websites unless you have their consent even when recording is permitted at the event. - OPT‑OUT ARRANGEMENTS
HKAGE may designate a no‑recording seating area and display “No‑Photo/No‑Video” signs even when recording is permitted at an event. Please respect these arrangements. - RESTRICTED AREAS
Recording is strictly prohibited in toilets, changing areas and any area where privacy is expected. - CCTV
CCTV may operate in certain areas for safety and security. Signs will be displayed in monitored areas. - ENFORCEMENT
HKAGE may ask you to stop recording. If recording breaches this notice, HKAGE may request deletion and may ask you to leave the premises. - ENQUIRIES:

禁止在香港資優教育學苑範圍內進行未經授權的攝影或攝錄
- 一般規定
任何人未經授權不得在香港資優教育學苑（學苑）範圍內進行攝影、攝錄或直播。 - 允許拍攝的情況
只有在學苑職員或活動主辦方明確宣布允許的情況下方可拍攝（例如：指定課程／活動期間、獲授權的媒體採訪，或營運需要）。請時刻遵從學苑指示。 - 尊重私隱 — 請勿在網上發布
即使符合學苑活動指示拍攝，除非已得到當事人同意，否則請勿在社交媒體或任何公開網站上公開發布或分享可識別他人（尤其是學生）身份的照片或影片。 - 拒絕拍攝安排
即使符合學苑活動指示拍攝，學苑亦可能設立禁止拍攝的座位區，並展示「禁止攝影／禁止攝錄」的標示。請尊重相關安排。 - 限制區域
嚴禁在洗手間、更衣區或任何應有私隱的地方進行拍攝。 - 閉路電視
部分區域或因安全及保安理由設有閉路電視。受監察區域會設有明顯標示。 - 執行措施
如發現未經授權拍攝，學苑可要求拍攝者立即停止。如有關拍攝違反此通告，學苑可要求刪除相關內容，並可能要求拍攝者離開場地。 - 查詢
