【星島網】為充分發揮資優生的潛能，資優學苑以「人才培育模式」協助學員發展專長，展現才華。其中，為期兩年的「香港資優師徒計劃」（下稱「師徒計劃」）更是學苑的重點項目，旨在通過專業導師的引導，讓學員將知識轉化為具體成果。 計劃會為通過甄選的學員配對合適的專業導師，提供度身訂做的學習計劃。在兩年自主學習期內，學員會完成自定研習項目，並在導師的指導下吸取業界經驗，從而實踐知識與創意，發展具體可行的項目。

【星島網】新學年伊始，在此先祝一眾莘莘學子，開學順利，學有所成。 有別於一般中小學，暑假正正是我們的「旺季」。在剛過去的暑假，學苑為學員提供了多元化的校外資優課程與活動，讓我與大家分享3個行程豐富、內容獨特的學習活動，相信已為學員帶來無窮的趣味及豐富的學習意義！這3個活動涵蓋古生物學、考古學、歷史、藝術等範疇，這些活動在港一般較難接觸，部分機構及行程更是首度開放予本港中學生，實屬可貴經驗。

【TOPick】【資優教育/STEAM教育/師徒教育/科幻小說】為有潛質學生提供學習平台，香港資優教育學苑（學苑）設立了香港資優師徒計劃（師徒計劃），由「師父」沿路為學生提供指導，透過主流STEAM項目，以及非STEAM項目，一步一步邁向成功。除了人才的本質，「堅持不懈」亦是成功的一大元素——正如我們其中一位學員的故事，一個自師徒計劃孵化的故事、一個科幻小說作家的成長故事。
